Where Passion Meets Purpose

My journey in Belize’s tourism industry began over nine years ago, starting humbly as a car wash attendant for a local tour company. Over time, I worked my way up to becoming a driver, supporting the team during one of Belize’s busiest tourism booms. I spent countless days transporting guests to breathtaking caves and attractions, and I was proud to see visitors praising not only the guides but also the drivers — including myself.

One day, my boss told me I should become a tour guide. At first, I hesitated, but once I began the training, everything changed. I dedicated myself to studying, working in every area I could, and learning everything about our beautiful country. Passing my guide course and earning that badge was one of the proudest moments of my life.

Those years of hands-on experience and passion for sharing Belize with visitors inspired me to start my own company. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. The name KEYZ was inspired by my four lovely daughters — the keys to my heart.

Today, my mission is simple: to provide exceptional service to every guest, from near or far, so they leave Belize with at least one unforgettable memory. This company was built on hard work, passion, and love for this country — and I’m honored to share Belize with you.
